Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the NotiFansly Discord bot and its associated web dashboard (the "Service") operated by us. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

1. Description of Service

NotiFansly provides a Discord bot designed to monitor Fansly creators and deliver notifications for new posts and livestreams within a Discord server. The Service includes a web dashboard that allows users to manage paid subscriptions to increase the number of creators a server can monitor.

2. User Accounts

To use our web dashboard, you must create an account by authenticating with your Discord account. You are responsible for any activities or actions under your account. You agree that you are an authorized administrator of any Discord server you choose to upgrade.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

The core Service is provided with a default monitoring limit per Discord server ("Free Tier"). Users may purchase a subscription to increase this limit for a specific Discord server.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it. You may manage or cancel your Subscription renewal at any time through the customer portal provided by our third-party payment processor, Polar.

4. Service Usage

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Monitor creators or content in a way that violates Discord's Terms of Service or Fansly's Terms of Service.
  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or abuse the Service's API limits.

4.5. Server-Side Sync

Server-Side Sync is an optional feature that allows NotiFansly to retrieve account data (subscription tiers, followers, and subscribers) from Fansly on your behalf without requiring the Desktop App to be running. By enabling this feature, you authorize NotiFansly to claim and store an encrypted Fansly Management Session credential for this purpose.

You acknowledge that:

  • Fansly Management Sessions are single-use and may be revoked by Fansly at any time.
  • Enabling Server-Side Sync does not guarantee uninterrupted data retrieval; sessions may expire, be invalidated by Fansly, or be affected by rate limits.
  • NotiFansly is not responsible for any action taken by Fansly against your account (including session revocation, rate-limiting, or account suspension) as a result of using this feature.

5. Open-Source Bot

We provide an open-source, self-hostable version of the NotiFansly Discord bot. The use of this open-source software is governed by its specific license (e.g., MIT), which is available in its public repository. These Terms of Service apply only to the hosted Service and dashboard, not the self-hosted software.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so from the Account Settings page.

6.5. Removal of the Bot from Discord Servers

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and as we see fit, to remove the NotiFansly bot from any Discord server using the Service, with or without cause and with or without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, removal due to abuse, suspected misuse, attempts to circumvent service limits, unauthorized access, or any reason we determine to be in the best interest of the Service or its users. Upon removal, your right to use the Service in connection with that server will immediately cease. Premium payments already made for a removed server are non-refundable except as required by law.

7. Limitation Of Liability

In no event shall NotiFansly, nor its directors or employees, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
